This system was developed with the aim of tracking monitoring and mentoring activities at the State level, and how this has improved the facilities over time based on the interventions of the program. A digital data collection tool was first developed, and the State team trained on using it for mentoring and reporting findings. The data at the backend was then linked to Google Looker Studio to enable relevant team members and stakeholders to easily make reference to facilities historical data and action steps in previous visits, have informed decision in current visits, and easily mentor facilities as needed. This also aids supervisors to monitor the activities and improve mentoring strategies based on the data.
