Churn Rate Analysis


Customer churn is an important metric to track because customer's attrition leads to revenue loss. It is also very critical in business to improve the retention rate of customers and reduce churn as much as possible, due to how expensive it is to get new customers. This dashboard was aimed at  diving deeper to gain insight on customer data on who the churners are, reasons, and other factors that contributes to churn rate within a specific organization. It was a project developed to simulate real life scenario and data, to improve my understanding on how one can understand factors contributing mostly to customer churn rate.
