Nigerian States Sustainability Tracking Dashboard

This system was developed to track sustainability across different health pillars in all Nigerian States, which was effectively piloted in 5 Integrated Health Program States. Several meetings were held with the State Stakeholders, to identify indicators to measure, which would help drive sustainability. The interactive dashboard was then developed to pull data from the entries done within the tool, and to evaluate the performance of each State, including trends across each pillar in the past 4 years.
